In conjunction with the Charleston Area REIA, we are holding our monthly meetup that will feature a presentation from Sherwin Williams on special pricing being offered to WV Landlord members as well as REIA participants. Also, we will introduce a new tool for background checks being offered by the WV Supreme Court and an overview of new landlord tenant templates being offered on our website for member use.
February's meeting will be held February 8th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
This meeting will be held, at (Steptoe & Johnson, PLLC) on the Seventeenth Floor of Chase Tower. The address is 707 Virginia Street East, Charleston, WV.
Enter the main lobby and the elevators are at the back of the lobby.
