In conjunction with the Charleston Area REIA, we are holding a monthly meetup that will feature presentations on real estate related topics. The meetings will be on the second Thursday of every month as we have normally done. November's meeting will be held November 9th. This meeting will be held, at (Steptoe & Johnson, PLLC) on the Seventeenth Floor of Chase Tower. The address is 707 Virginia Street East, Charleston, WV.
Enter the main lobby and the elevators are at the back of the lobby.
The meeting will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
For our meeting this month, one of Steptoe & Johnson's attorney's will discuss asset protection. They are planning on having light refreshments with snacks. I look forward to seeing everyone that can make it. It has been a while since we have met in-person and I hope that everyone has a chance to come.
I am setting up a dial-in zoom call to record our meeting and allow folks to join remotely. I will record this meeting as we always do if it's possible.
