Magistrate Bailes will be updating members on how evictions have been going since the reopening of the courts. Please bring your questions about evictions or other magistrate matters. We will be asking if there's anything we can put on the eviction filing that will entitle landlords to additional monies beyond what is filed for when a tenant is permitted to remain in the unit beyond the original filing period. For example, when there are court delays, when tenants file appeals, etc.
After Jess is off the call, we'll discuss Magistrate election results and any other issues members are having.
